As a seasoned digital strategist, Hessie Jones focuses on challenging C-suite leaders to evolve with the changing communication landscape. With extensive experience in technology, start-ups, banking, advertising and social media, Hessie has held management positions at Yahoo!, Overlay.TV, Jugnoo, Ogilvy, Citi, ONE Advertising and Aegis Media.

Launch successes like Yahoo! Answers propelled Hessie into the world of social media. Coming from a communications and database marketing background, Hessie saw the need to change the way the industry targets and builds audiences, and sustains mindshare. Hessie is the co-author of EVOLVE, Marketing (as we know it) is Doomed! She is also a speaker, MBA guest lecturer, and an active writer for Huffington Post, Steamfeed, Talent Culture and WhatsYourTech.

“Listening” to data and translating it into profitable, actionable multi-channel business strategy is what Neda does well.  With a Computer Science and Applied Statistics background, Neda has honed her technical and analytical skills locally as well as internationally with global financial institutions like Citigroup Inc. and American Express Canada. Neda has also led multiple consulting assignments which include competitive analysis projects for Bank of America and Chase Bank. Neda enjoys identifying a clear goal and pursuing it relentlessly. Neda’s development of the digital communications strategy for American Express Small Business Cards unit was instrumental in driving exponential portfolio growth.

Susan’s specialty is defining strategy and tactics for content on both mobile and desktop devices. Her experience in developing best practices for SEO, SMO, and community management gives her a unique perspective on how to generate, distribute, and enable discovery of meaningful / relevant content.

Previously, she was Community Director at Gygax Magazine, a Tabletop RPG community. She believes that the most universal human experience is the need to be heard without judgment.

Bret has a diversity of experience in the communications industry. From an on-air DJ, talk show producer, voice over artist, Bret quickly moved into executive positions within enterprise business development.

Bret intimately understands business operations and the importance of growing and creating margin distributed through multiple sales channels. Early in his technology career, Bret specialized in data networking and application hosting which created opportunities in microwave wireless, VoIP and Mergers and Acquisitions and client strategy. In the course of 20 years, he has sold, managed and impacted millions of dollars in revenue.

His dedication is to create new revenue streams for clients by developing a great strategy based on data and behavioural fact vs guesswork and assumptions, aligning with their target audience and business goals.
